What shapes your project quote?

  • Sources & connectivityMore integrations, restricted APIs and custom connectors increase delivery complexity.
  • Real-time or batchStreaming, low-latency updates and operational reliability requirements affect architecture and cost.
  • Legacy data qualityInconsistent schemas, duplicates and missing data add cleanup and migration work.
  • Compliance & personal dataPII handling, access controls and compliance requirements add implementation and review work.

Scope, costs & ownership

Are cloud and tool licenses included?

Cloud infrastructure, platform subscriptions and third-party tool licenses are excluded from the project fee and paid directly by the client. We confirm the proposed services and their expected costs during scoping.

Who owns the delivered code?

The custom project code is 100% client-owned. Source code and handover deliverables are included in the agreed scope. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.

Is ongoing support required?

No. The monthly retainer is optional after handover. You can discuss a support scope separately from your fixed-price implementation.

How is the fixed project price agreed?

We assess your source inventory, connection requirements, data quality and architecture. Your proposal confirms the deliverables, acceptance criteria, exclusions and payment milestones. Additional scope is quoted before work proceeds.

Need a custom data architecture?

Bring your source list, update frequency and security requirements. Let’s agree a practical architecture, delivery scope and project budget.

PRICING QUESTIONS

A few things
to clarify first.

Your team and scope deserve more than a number on a page. Bring your requirements to a pricing meeting.

Talk through your scope
Are these final or contractual prices?

These are indicative reference rates. Final pricing, availability, scope, deliverables and the commercial model are confirmed after discussing your requirements and agreeing a proposal.

Can I combine different roles in one team?

Tell us about your backlog, technical needs and timeline. We can discuss a mix of developers, QC, business analysts and other specialists, then confirm responsibilities, availability and pricing in your proposal.

Does every monthly engagement include 168 hours?

The source rate card’s monthly prices equal its hourly rates multiplied by 168. This is a derived basis for comparing figures, not a confirmed working-hour allowance or minimum commitment. The actual schedule and billable capacity are set in your proposal.

What about milestones and change requests?

The rate card does not specify a payment split or change-request allowance. Confirm payment milestones, included work, acceptance criteria and the pricing of additional requests before starting an engagement.

Let’s scope your next team.

Bring your roles, timeline and priorities. We’ll discuss the right pricing approach.
