The standards of integrity, respect, security, and professional judgment expected from everyone who works for or represents FIX Partner.

Our commitment

Trust begins with how we conduct ourselves

FIX Partner builds long-term relationships through integrity, professional judgment, technical excellence, and respect. This Code sets the minimum standards expected from everyone who works for or represents FIX Partner.

We comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations wherever we operate. When this Code sets a higher standard than local practice, we follow this Code unless doing so would conflict with applicable law.

01

Respectful and inclusive workplace

We treat people with dignity and provide a professional environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, and violence.

Employment and project decisions must be based on legitimate business considerations such as skills, performance, experience, and role requirements. Discrimination based on personal characteristics protected by applicable law is not tolerated.

  • Communicate respectfully, including in digital channels and customer environments.
  • Welcome different perspectives and provide equal opportunities to contribute.
  • Avoid unwanted conduct, offensive remarks, threats, or abuse of authority.
  • Protect the privacy and dignity of colleagues, candidates, customers, and partners.
02

Professional integrity and quality

We represent our capabilities, experience, delivery status, and results accurately. We do not conceal material risks, falsify records, misstate qualifications, or promise outcomes we cannot reasonably deliver.

We maintain accurate time records, expenses, project documentation, financial information, and operational reports. Technical work must follow agreed quality, review, testing, security, and approval processes.

03

Conflicts of interest

Personal interests must not improperly influence business decisions. Actual, potential, or perceived conflicts must be disclosed promptly. Disclosure allows FIX Partner to assess and manage a situation fairly and does not automatically mean an activity is prohibited.

  • Financial interests in a customer, supplier, or competitor.
  • Hiring, supervising, or awarding work to a close personal connection without disclosure.
  • Using confidential information or a FIX Partner opportunity for personal benefit.
  • Outside work that competes with FIX Partner or interferes with assigned responsibilities.
04

Anti-bribery, gifts, and fair dealing

FIX Partner does not offer, request, authorize, or accept bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, or any improper advantage. This applies to dealings with private organizations, public officials, and all third parties.

Gifts and hospitality must be lawful, modest, infrequent, transparent, and connected to a legitimate business purpose. Cash or cash equivalents must never be given or accepted as gifts. Anything that could influence, or appear to influence, a decision must be declined and reported.

We compete fairly and do not obtain business through deception, misuse of confidential information, collusion, or unfair restrictions on competition.

05

Privacy and confidentiality

We collect, access, use, share, retain, and dispose of personal and confidential information only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable law, customer contracts, and FIX Partner policies. Confidentiality obligations continue after an engagement or employment ends.

  • Access only the information needed for assigned work.
  • Use approved accounts, devices, repositories, and communication channels.
  • Apply least-privilege access and protect credentials with appropriate authentication.
  • Never disclose customer, employee, commercial, or technical information without authorization.
  • Report suspected loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure immediately.
  • Return or securely delete information when access is no longer required.
06

Cybersecurity and responsible technology use

Security is part of everyone’s role. We follow secure development, testing, deployment, and incident-response practices appropriate to each engagement.

FIX Partner systems and customer environments must be used responsibly. Unauthorized software, credential sharing, security-control bypasses, malicious activity, and unapproved transfer of data are prohibited.

AI tools may only be used when authorized and appropriate for the data involved. Customer source code, personal data, credentials, proprietary documents, and other confidential information must not be submitted to public or unapproved AI services. AI-assisted work remains subject to human review, accuracy checks, security controls, intellectual-property obligations, and customer requirements.

07

Intellectual property and company assets

We respect the intellectual-property rights of customers, FIX Partner, employees, partners, and third parties.

Source code, designs, documentation, data, devices, accounts, licenses, and other assets must be used only for authorized purposes. Open-source and third-party materials must follow their licenses and project requirements. Customer deliverables and ownership rights must follow the applicable contract.

08

Human rights and responsible employment

FIX Partner supports internationally recognized human rights and lawful, voluntary employment. We do not tolerate forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, abusive working conditions, or unlawful employment practices in our operations or supply chain.

Working hours, compensation, leave, and employment conditions must comply with applicable law and contractual commitments. Health and safety risks should be identified, reported, and addressed promptly.

09

Responsible business and environment

We aim to reduce avoidable waste and use energy, equipment, travel, and cloud resources responsibly. Business decisions should consider operational efficiency, environmental impact, security, accessibility, and long-term maintainability where relevant.

Suppliers and partners are selected using legitimate criteria such as capability, quality, security, reliability, compliance, and value. Third parties acting for FIX Partner are expected to uphold standards consistent with this Code.

Speak up

Raise concerns in good faith

Everyone is responsible for raising concerns when something does not feel right. Reports will be handled with appropriate care and as confidentially as reasonably possible.

partner@fixpartner.co

Is it legal and consistent with this Code?

Is it fair to our customers, colleagues, and partners?

Would I be comfortable if the decision became public?

Have I involved the right person before acting?

Protection from retaliation

FIX Partner prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Knowingly making a false accusation is also a violation of this Code.

Individual responsibility

Everyone must read, understand, and follow this Code, complete required training, cooperate honestly with authorized reviews, and report suspected violations.

Manager responsibility

Managers must model expected behavior, create an environment where concerns can be raised, respond appropriately, and escalate sensitive issues rather than investigating them independently.

Accountability

Violations may lead to corrective action, removal from an engagement, termination, recovery of losses, or referral to authorities where appropriate and lawful.
